I will be a live in landlord who works Mon-Fri, I have a cosy home that i share with my little dog, she is very friendly and loving. My house is minutes away from the tram and bus stop and if you prefer to walk 10 mins walk to the city centre, there is also parking spaces as i am off a main road.

The room is a double room and looks bigger than in the pics. Comes fully furnished. You will share the spacious modern bathroom, kitchen and living area. There is also a secure garden with patio area for those warm evening where you can sit and relax.

I am a friendly outgoing person, not a big party animal. Don't get me wrong i like a glass or two of wine :), Love to chill in an evening watching tv or a movie.
I do occasionally have girlie night or bbq at the wkends.
