I am a postgrad homeowner currently doing a PhD, with another young professional female in the second bedroom. We are looking for another female to share with after several successful house shares here in the past. Would ideally suit someone working regular hours (9-5). As this is my home and in excellent condition, I am looking for someone who will respect this. The house is very tidy and chilled out, with no party animals in the week due to work. In the past we have all liked cooking and baking, and tried to eat together when schedules allow.

The house is very nice, comprising large kitchen (with dishwasher and two fridges and freezers), utility room, lounge, bathroom, single room, double room, and my bedroom in the attic.
