Hello, we currently have a nice double bed room available in our friendly house!
It is a large room with plenty of storage for clothes, books etc which means it's easy to keep tidy and organised!
It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, large desk, a cupboard and a bedside cabinet, with space for other personal furniture such as drawers or TV units.

The current household consists of Julia (23), Tazzy (22) and Adam (22). We are all young working professionals, who enjoy chatting and going out together and are also respectable towards each other's quiet time too.

The house has a warm, homely feel with wooden features throughout that compliments the house well. There are two living room areas, which gives plenty of opportunity for socialising as a household, with friends or relaxing space for yourself. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new microwave, gas hobs, fan oven, fridge-freezer, kitchen table and washing machine. There are two bathrooms. The garden is more than adequate for BBQ's in the summer, and sitting outside.


Sharrow/Netheredge has a great multicultural, community vibe. Brilliant location, with Abbeydale Road, London Road, Ecclesall Road and Sheffield Centre within walking distance. All of which have a great combination of independent and high street shops, restaurants and a wide choice of supermarkets. There is also a lovely theatre 5 mins away, a selection of pubs and cafés plus both Universities are only within 15-25min walk.

Bus routes are very regular into and away from the city centre and the train station only 20min walk.

All bills (council tax, gas, water, electricity, internet (Virgin Media)) are included in the rent which makes life easier!
