There is a desk in the room and plenty of storage. All the other usual amenities - off shot kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room/dining room, clean dry cellar.
I have a busy life, work hard and play hard. I work full time and sometimes at home too, but still find time to have an active social life and keep fit. I'm pretty laid back, no real preference over a lodger apart from they must like dogs as I have a small elderly (but very friendly) terrier!
