Spacious flat in central location

We currently have one room for rent in our flat. I am a current tenant living here with one other male. We have no preference on who moves into the room we just would like them to be clean and tidy and be able to contribute to our easy going and fun atmosphere.

The flat itself is an old steel workers building and was converted into public housing way back when! We have two toilets, shower, washing/drying room, kitchen is situated up stairs and a massive lounge downstairs. Each room in the flat is a double room and the room spare at the moment has wardrobe space and plenty of storage space to go with it (as well as a recent lick of paint).

The rent we are asking for covers all bills and the rent itself. Including internet, electric & water.

Personally I think, come view the flat have a chat with us I hate/can't write rubbish about what I do/don't like on adverts we are both easy going guys who hold down jobs mon - fri and enjoy our spare time.
