The attic is arranged as a self-contained space with the 2 bedrooms sharing their own large living-dining-kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor and a downstairs loo and washroom, so never a queue.

There's a utility room with washing machine on the ground floor that everyone shares, and also a lovely south facing garden and patio with fruit trees and veggie patch.

The house is a large Victorian in a quiet residential road in walking distance to Ecclesall and Abbeydale roads....very green and peaceful, though only a mile and a half to city centre, hospitals and universities. It's a great neighbourhood, friendly local shops and cafes, seasonal street market, and regular buses .

House has full Virgin cable, broadband and phone package. All bills are included in the rent. This is NOT a party house. Everyone has their own busy lives, though all friendly. Ideal for professionals or postgrads who are past the age of fantasizing that the loo will clean itself!
