Looking for 5th housemate.

Hey guys, we are 4 young blokes (currently second years at Huddersfield), 3 Popular music and 1 Music Production students who are looking for a person to move in with us next year, we are paying a fixed rate of £1213. 33 per month for the house which will end up being about £242 each month if we get another room let.

The house is 3 stories up with 1 room on the ground floor, 3 in the middle and 3 on top. Rooms are varied in sizes, couches in some of the bedrooms. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. There was one fridge/freezer when we viewed the house but the agent said we should be getting another from the landlord.

15 mins from Hallam and 20 from the town centre on foot, Uni of is about 45 mins unless you have transport, but you have to park on the road out front.

We are looking for students who are friendly, trustworthy, willing to hang out and have a good time for our final year.
