We've got a lovely large double bedroom going in a homely 3-bed terraced house. It's perfectly situated, with the restaurants of London Road on one side, and the cafes and vintage shops of Abbeydale Road on the other.
£300pcm.

You'd be living with two teachers (History and Primary) in a clean and bright house. We are easy to get along with and like to chat over a cup of Yorkshire Tea. Throughout the week, we work long hours - up at 6am and in bed by 10. 30pm. On the weekends, we like to go for walks, watch films, and have a few drinks in the local pub.

The house has a decent size open-plan kitchen and dining room. There is a separate living area, with a couple of sofas and a TV. The double room is on the first floor, with a walk-in storage/wardrobe area, bed, and desk. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor, so you'd have your own space.

Though we work long hours during the week, we'd love to find someone friendly who also works full-time and might like to make the odd trip to the pub on a Friday night.
