I am moving out of my lovely room to move in with my boyfriend. The room is available now and you will be living in a two storey flat, with three friendly female housemates.

The room is a big, spacious double, with a bed, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV stand. The flat is in a brilliant location, just ten minutes walk away from Broomhill and Ecclesall Road, a couple of minutes away from the Botanical Gardens, and very close to the hospital and University (I work at the University, so I am very much going to miss my short walk to work in the morning when I move out!). There are two toilets and two showers in the flat, so never any bother getting ready in a morning!

Looking for a considerate, clean, tidy and friendly housemate, to move in as soon as possible.

Rent is £290 pcm and bills £85 pcm. This includes all bills plus broadband and a parking space.
