Very large and light double in Nether Edge

Hi. I have a really large double room available in my huge Victorian house in the leafy conservation area of Nether Edge. It's just round the corner from the old hospital in a quiet residential road with plenty of safe space for parking and not a 'rat-run' for cars.

This is a great neighbourhood, couple of minutes from interesting local shops, cafes and pubs and the woods on Brincliffe Edge; walking distance to Ecclesall and Abbeydale Road. Feels very green and peaceful and no traffic noise, even though only a mile and a half from the city centre, hospitals and Universities. Also less than 3 miles to to the Peak District National Park.

The room is simply furnished with plenty of room for your own things. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo, so never a queue. The large dining-kitchen that has a range cooker, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space and comfortably seats 6 at the table. Also a separate utility room with washing machine.

The kitchen opens onto a south-facing garden and patio for barbecues. Has herbs and veggie patch if you fancy planting.

If you're NOT looking for student central, want privacy, peace and quiet but don't want to live totally alone, are happy to share communal space with professional housemates who have their own busy lives but are all friendly, call or email.
