Double room in Sheffield 10, £350pcm, bill
Hello,
I'm Hannah, I'm 32 and work full time. I'm looking for someone similar to houseshare with. The house is in Crookes, has a lovely view over the Loxley valley and is in a lovely leafy street with no through traffic. There are gardens front and back, it's a warm and clean house and it's quiet. The house is close to the university and hospitals, has good local shops nearby and overlooks the park.
The rent is £350 a month and includes all bills. The deposit is also £350.
The room is furnished and the furniture is all new. The mattress is also brand new. There's a gas cooker, central heating, washing machine and bath with electric shower over. I don't have a TV and I do have unlimited broadband/wifi. Look forward to hearing from you.
