I have a small spare room available for rent in a terrace house that has great local amenities to super markets, pubs and restaurants and an easy access bus route into Sheffield city centre. The house is modernly furnished with a South facing garden. I am 24 and work full time, I also have a small dog, so only dog lovers welcome please!
I am looking for an easy going, non smoker, sociable lodger. I would prefer a professional who would mostly be out in the daytime (weekdays). Contract maximum of 4 months due to boyfriend moving in, in the summer.
