Looking for one or two people, to rent two spare rooms in 67 Marlborough Road. Really lovely suburban area, a minutes walk for Sheffield SPORT and around ten minutes from the main University itself. Edwardian house with seven very big bedrooms(on three floors), shared kitchen, bathrooms (showers + baths),living rooms and cosy basement/dining area perfect for chilling or gatherings. In a very student area, so perfect if your looking for student accommodation. The people you are living with are a great bunch (I would know as I lived with them during Fresher's of this year). 5 girls who are friendly, open, funny and would welcome anyone new as a firm flatmate. The landlord is also really hospitable, and offers a free month of rent at the property. Upon moving there you will find quite a lot had been refurbished for the summer of 2014 as well. I have decided to leave Sheffield purely for academic reasons, and am very sad to give up my place on Marlborough road, but I would really recommend taking the opportunity if it fits your criteria, as it's with a fantastic, family like set of people, in a very good quality property, in a brilliant area, with a good price too (don't forget the free month of rent at the beginning of the year!).
