Considerate and tidy female professional needed to rent our spare room out to.
We would like someone who is sensible and mature, and will be considerate to the working pattern of myself and my husband as we both work shifts.

Our house is quite new and modern on a new development in te wincobank area in Sheffield, near Meadowhall, the M1 and the Northern General Hospital. Sheffield City Centre is about 30 min. away on the bus and 15 min. from Meadowhall.

There are plenty of local amenities such as shops, take aways, chemists bus stops.
We have a large ensuite double bedroom available with fitted wardrobes, a single divan bed, a large desk and a chest of drawers.
There is a a washing machine, cooker & oven, kettle, toaster and microwave available to use.
All the bills such as utility, broadband, sky, council tax, tv licence are all included in the rent so it's pretty hassle free.

We have two allocated private parking spaces, one which we are currently using, so there is another one free for your exclusive use.

The rent will be £300 a month, payable on the 1st day of each month.
Short term lets (lesa than 3 months) will be considered.
