1room in Newly Refurbished House off Ecclesall!

We are four lovely ladies looking for someone to join us in our beautiful house. Two of us are Master's students, and the other two work as a doctor and at the university. The house was completely refurbished before we moved in so everything is brand new and therefore in immaculate condition! The bedrooms are large with original fireplaces, and the house has a large kitchen, three bathrooms (with two baths) and an outside area with a view of the city. The house is close to the shops and bars on Ecclesall road and about a 20 minute walk to the University of Sheffield.
We treat the house like a proper home so we'd like somebody sociable who isn't going to lock themselves away in their room all the time and would be up for hanging out in the evenings. We have a range of interests but we like cooking, sport, watching films and a good night out when our uni work lets us! We are also all pretty clean and tidy so we would like the house to stay that way!
Ideally you'd be a Postgraduate, PHD student or working as we are hoping to find someone who won't be wanting too many wild student parties! If you're looking for a friendly, welcoming house which isn't just somewhere to sleep at night then let us know :)
