Hi, this is a lovely house, if you're looking for somewhere easy to be, cosy and with a nice garden. It is a 3 minute walk from Crookes shops and bus route, and a 40 minute walk into town. I'm fairly easy-going and work full time. I like hosting dinner parties, going to the pub and watching films. On-street parking. You're welcome to the single room for £240 if you'd prefer.
