I am looking for a professional tenant, either male or female, to share with 2 other professionals (1 male and 1 female). I want somebody who is comfortable living in shared accommodation and is clean, tidy and sociable.

The rent is £400 per month to be paid by standing order on 1st of each month. All bills are included, gas/elec, tv license, internet, water and council tax.

The deposit will be held by the Deposit Protection Scheme.

The house is in a great location not far from the city centre and in close proximity to pubs, cafes and supermarket on Chesterfield Road.

There is plenty of on-street parking and no permit is needed.
