There is 1 female professional and 3 males (2 professional, one PhD student). It would also suit a mature student who is wanting a home rather than a wild student let. We want tenants who are comfortable living in shared accommodation and are clean, tidy and sociable.

The house is on a lovely quiet road in S11, just off Ecclesall Road, with plenty of on street parking (NO PERMIT REQUIRED). The road is mostly families, however it is only a short walk to lots of good restaurants and bars on Ecclesall Road and Endcliffe Park. Convenient for universities, hospitals and city centre.
