A nice spacious room to rent

The house is located in a quiet place and near the university of Sheffield. The room is in the first floor, which have a good view of the street. There is also a private basin, and good furniture. It room is mainly for the student and foreign travelers. You will like this place when you see it.

As I am going leave here, the tendency will start from June and I am able to transfer my contract to you. Both short term and long term are accepted. If you want to live longer, you can directly sign the contact with my landlord after that period and no extra fee. The earlier the Cheaper! You can contact me via email directly.

FACILITIES:

1. It is a very large Victorian house completely refurbished 4 years ago with a new central heating, electrical wiring, bathrooms, kitchen, hand basins in each room, internet access to each room etc. Kitchens are provide with cutleries, posts and pans, cups and plates, knives and all other essential things needed for a kitten work.

2. There are three toilets and two shower rooms and a large bathroom. One of the shower/ toilet room is reserved for women only.

3. A conservatory was built only three years ago for dinning and social gathering.

4. A large room is reserved as living room.

5. There are also two fully equipped kitchens, one on the ground floor and the other on the 2nd

6. Washing machine and Dryer.

7. Internet access to each room with wired or wireless connection.

8. Rooms are extra large with high ceiling and provided with hand wash basins, large mirror, wardrobe, large study table with draws, table lamp, standard double beds with good quality mattress,. Sheets, pillows, quilt with cover if required as some people prefer to use their own.

9. A TV is provided in the conservatory for common use and the licence is paid.
