You will be sharing kitchen and dining room and use of fully fenced rear garden. It is in 5 minutes walking distance to great restaurants, cafés, bars, 10 minutes to train and bus station, Hallam University, The Moor market and shopping area, Asda, Netto, waitrose, Aldi and Sainburys supermarkets, Wilkinsons, pure gym, city centre , parks, Ecclesall Rd and London Rd. There is great local transport and street parking.
Double available from 17th October 2015, for short term let and single room(please get in touch for details of availability) use for short term let's, couple of nights, weeks up to a few months

I'm looking to share with mature responsible people only. Fairly quiet, must be clean, tidy and considerate. My house is more suitable for active people, who will be out during the day.
