Double Attic Room

We have a large attic bedroom available in our lovely three bedroom terrace house in Crookes, available from 9th August. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and in case you wanted more storage there is a built-in cupboard too!

The house features a kitchen big enough for everyone to cook in without falling over each other and a good-sized living room with a TV and a half-decent DVD collection! The house is equipped with wireless broadband too. Plenty of unrestricted on-street parking, usually directly outside the house or just around the corner.

You'll be sharing with me, Hannah (24) - a doctor - and Viki (25) - a final year medical student. But don't worry, we'll not always be discussing medicine! We do both work fairly long hours due to the nature of the job, but in our free time we're a friendly a sociable pair and enjoy both girly nights in with a bottle of wine (or two) and venturing out for a night on the town. Throwing the occasional dinner party or movie night aren't unheard of either and lazy days are commonplace, but we also like keeping active with runs or walks in the Peak District.

Our house is a two minute walk from the local amenities on Crookes high street as well as the lovely Bolehill Park. The 52 bus stops right at the end of the road and heads directly into town.

The rent is £300 p/m, with bills on top of that - we estimate these to be around £80-£90 pppm).

We're looking for someone who feels like they will fit in with the above and that we can have a laugh with, preferably a professional who is relatively clean and tidy.
