It's a less than 5 minute walk to the centre of Netheredge with a small sainsburys, pubs and cafes. 15 minute walk to Sharrowvale Rd, Endcliffe Park and Eccy Road. Only takes 10 minutes to drive out to the beautiful peaks. The room will be unfurnished and the rent will include all bills. There is a garden at the back of the house which gets sunshine for most of the day and is perfect for bbqs!
