Housemate needed ASAP: Double Room + bills £380/M

Hi I'm Steve I'm 36 and I'm a Primary school teacher trainee. My current housemate is moving out for personal reasons and I can't afford to live on my own.

The room is a large double attic room with a great view, it has a sink, new double bed, drawers and wardrobe, but feel free to bring your own furniture.

A 3 bedroom house with fully furnished lounge, dining room (table seats 6), spare double bedroom and a moderate sized garden with shed, the cellar is also very dry and can be used for storage. Basic Virgin media TV package and internet are also included.

Situated in a quiet area of Woodseats very close to local shops/amenities and the main bus routes to town and Chesterfield, it also has on street parking if required.

I'm looking for a friendly chilled out atmosphere in the house, as I have lots of work on at the moment. I'm relaxed, tidy and easy going. I like going to the pub, but am equally happy staying in watching films or playing Xbox.
I've recently started climbing to exercise/de-stress. I have a cat called Ziggy who's old and friendly, I also do a weekly podcast.
