Wanted S11: Nice lady for sunny double room on Pev

Hi, we are looking to find a nice lady to share with. We have a large, bright and newly decorated (including new carpet) double room available to rent in a cosy home on Peveril Road.

I have lived here for 11 years and have always had a lodger. I live here with my boyfriend and 2 cats. I pride myself on the fact that this house has a tidy yet relaxed feeling about it and we like to make people feel welcome.

I am a 30 year old Technology teacher in a secondary school and my boyfriend could be summed up as 'an inventor', he is interested in all sorts but loves to cycle and tinker with IT.
We are both vegetarian and I love to cook. My hobbies include sewing (fashion), cycling, gigs, dancing with friends, DIY and going to the odd keep fit class. It would be nice to meet someone who is up for socialising and meeting each others friends, but if you are new to the area I have lots of lovely friends for you to meet. We need someone who also understands what it's like to have a job/ study through the week.

The area is largely populated by families, making it ideal if you need a good nights rest. The house has large bright rooms, an enclosed private back garden, free on street parking, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer and a cellar. It has a lot of period features including the roll top bath and my tastes revolve around an antique/ vintage theme although my boyfriend's definitely do not!

The rent is £350 per month (£100 of which covers all bills; G&E, Water, CT, Fibre BB & TV License) plus £250 deposit (a months rent). This equates to £80 per week with a 6 month minimum stay.

The room has a double bed (4'6"), double glazing, gas central heating, a large wardrobe, a desk, chair, a chest of drawers and a lovely view! It is currently empty and therefore ready to go! Please email, text or phone me to book an appointment to view the house. I look forward to meeting you.
