I have decided to drop out of the University of Sheffield, and therefore my room has become available.

The room is reasonably sized, in the attic, with a skylight.
Rooms have bed, desk and shelving / and area to hang clothing.
We have a lounge, TV, basement, 2 toilets but only 1 shower and 1 bath.
There is a small conservatory on the back of the property.
Back garden, with a rack to lock bikes to.
2 fridges and 2 freezers + gas hob and oven.
Well insulated, will be warm in winter.
All bills are included bar internet which is an extra charge.
Pretty much perfect student accommodation.
