A lovely room in a shared house just off Ecclesall Road.

The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large chest of draws, soon to be replaced with a fitted cupbroad/wardrobe. The room is cosy and recently repainted which gives the room a warm fresh feel.

There is a spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and appliances. The shared living area is large and welcoming with two large sofas and a large TV. (sofas soon to be replaced due to age, see in pictures, yet still comfortable in the meantime). The bathroom on the first floor is perfect in size with a clean white bath suit with a over the bath shower. To the rear of the property there is a decked area with outdoor seating and table.

The shared fourth bedroom on the second floor is light and airy perfect for a work space and general storage. However when viewing the house originally this was one of the bedrooms, this maybe be an option to discuss with the existing tenants if preferred. The desk featured in the photographs is property of myself and will be moved out when leaving property, however there is a more then accommodating desk to work from.
