Hi, I'm looking for 3 housemates to share a house down Ainsty Road off of South View Road. The rent INCLUDES BILLS,- all utility bills are included, there are no hidden extra costs here. I have just gone to visit it and it's newly painted, with new floors and a new kitchen. It's had a summer with no one in it, the landlord has taken this chance to redecorate it. It has easy access to Sheffield Hallam (where I am in my 4th year studying Film) as buses run down London Road every 5 minutes. I've lived down this road for 2 years now, so I can vouch for the uni access. It's also near Aldi, Sainsburys, a Morrisons local and various little shops and take away places down London road.
