Hi! We are looking for a friendly roommate to share our warm cosy 4 bedroom terraced house with. It is on Warringtion Road which is definitely a walking distance to the university and Weston Park, plus quiet neighbourhood. Also you can easily go to town to have a wonderful night out by bus ;) Only 2-min walk to bust stop. It is a fully modernised large house. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and mirror. We get full sun in all of our rooms. There are two female and one male living in this house now. All of them are friendly, sociable, funny uni students, and have good taste of music. Rent is ￡75 per person, per week. Cheap bills. You are able to move into the house right now.
