We are subletting our spacious, sun-drenched 2 bedroom flat in Sheffield's Cultural Industries Quarter for a period of 4 months (January - end of April 2015).

The flat is in the second floor of a recently (2012) converted old factory building. It features two bedrooms (including 2 beds), and an open kitchen (all white goods included, good quality equipment) which on the one side faces a large living area and on the other side faces a dining/entrance area. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath tub and most importantly two windows.

Kitchen, living and dining/entrance area have new and light parquet flooring, the two bedrooms are fitted with carpets.

The windows of the two bedrooms face the backyard, whereas kitchen, dining and living area as well as the bathroom face the rather quiet Mary Street.

Having 13 windows altogether the flat has the sun shining in almost all day long, which makes it a very charming place to live. There are some exposed bricks in the kitchen and dining area, reminding you of the original purpose of the building. More character is added by wood panels on some of the corners of the living and entrance.

We will leave our furniture in the flat (2 wardrobes, 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers, 1 bookshelf, 1 sofa, 1 coffee table, 2 shoe racks, 1 dining table with 4 chairs, 2 coat racks).

We would love to sublet the flat to people who appreciate the flat and treat it accordingly. There are two in the flat beds, however the flat is in our opinion more suitable for a couple, as the wardrobes are not within the bedrooms.

The rent of 690 GBP is without bills. From our experience electricity and water bills vary around 40 GBP a month. A security deposit of 1 month's rent applies.

The sub-lease will be managed by an agency.

We will leave in late december, so the move-in date is flexible. We would also be willing to rent one room only and leave the other empty to store our stuff while we're gone - so if you're looking for a large place to live on your own, this might be it :-)
