Hello! We are three third year students at the University of Sheffield looking for a new housemate. The property is located at the edge of Broomhall, close to West Street and both universities.

The house is very large and spacious and the following facilities are included:

-Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
-Spacious living room with pool table and dining room table
-Kitchen with breakfast bar area and two sinks
-Study room/workspace with two large desks

The available bedroom is located on the ground floor of the property and is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, cupboards, desk chair and a arm chair. (See pictures).

Rent and Bills:
The rent is £304 per month, and is paid on the 1st of every month. This includes internet and TV licence.

We pay for gas, water and electricity separately to the rent and this is also on a monthly basis.
