The house is on Pomona St, just off Ecclesall Rd and is a two minute walk from the Collegiate Campus and is a fifteen minute walk from the City Campus.
The room is spacious and has a double bed. It also includes a wardrobe, table & chair, drawers and a mirror.
The house has five bedrooms and two shared bathrooms with a brand new kitchen/living area especially for this year.
The rent would normally be £88 per week, including bills (electric, water, internet, tv etc).
The current tenants are great people and are very likeable.
