- One single room near the University of Sheffield
Hi! I am staying in a single room in a house of five single rooms. As of now 5 students including myself are staying here. All of us are male but the house is not a male-only one! We have a kitchen, a living area with TV, two fridges, one washing machine, two bathrooms with one equipped with a bath tub. Total rent per month is 360 pound which includes all the bills including internet and Sky TV package. This is very close to University of Sheffield (about 10 minutes walk with two scenic parks on the way!). I am planning to leave by December so you can come in now, in December or anytime after that. My contract is till Feb 7th but I talked to the agency and they told me that the contract can be extended without any problem.
