Hi, I have a lovely single bedroom available immediately in a 2 bedroom flat in a quiet area of Broomhill.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and features a balcony, fully fitted kitchen (with large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher), large living/dining room, balcony, spacious bathroom with over bath shower and a garage and off street parking space.

The room comes part furnished with a single bed and desk.

I’m Jo, a 22 year old graduate who is working in the city. I’m friendly, clean and sociable and enjoy relaxing with friends and going out at the weekend. I’m looking for a tidy and sociable housemate who is able to contribute to council tax (either young professional or postgraduate/PhD student who would be willing to contribute).

The flat is in a lovely area of Broomhill, set back from the road and a couple of minutes walk away from all the amenities which features multiple shops, restaurants and bars. A 10 minute walk to both hospitals and 15 minutes to University of Sheffield buildings.

Bills are approximately £60 a month and include wireless high speed internet, electricity, TV license, gas and water. (This does not include council tax). The rent is £280 which is paid monthly on 1st and the tenancy is until 4th September. The property is administered by Fairways letting agent so an application form must be filled out (to include referees) which will cost £90. The deposit is £280.
