I am a 31 year old female (the owner of the property) and live here with my partner, both work 9-5 Monday to Friday so like chilled out weeks, and relaxing weekends with the odd glass of wine thrown in here and there.
House has sky, broadband, all necessary appliances, large garden and ample parking.
Walking distance to City Centre, Hallamshire Hospital and Sheffield University, but also close to tram and bus links.
