I have a room to rent in a lovely modern two bed flat in city lofts. Situated in St. Paul's square, location is ideal for city centre, universities & the station.
I relocated to sheffield from London for work almost two years ago but am originally from nz. I'm loving being here & exploring the region.
The flat was unfurnished when I moved in so I've been gradually accumulating & now pretty much sorted! There is a bed with ottoman storage & a built in wardrobe with hanging & shelving space in the second bedroom. I have an ensuite in my room so you'll pretty much have sole use of the main bathroom.
Rent is ã450 plus bills (coucil tax, water, power & a cleaner once a fortnight)
