Large double room in lovely, friendly home

I shared this home with my boyfriend but he has gone traveling for a year without me!!! I am advertising the room to both help out financially a bit (I work on an organic farm and don't earn very much) but also for the company, so I would very much like the person who moved in to become my friend as well as my lodger :)

The room is furnished with the following items - double bed, wardrobe, draws, bed side tables, desk, chair and book shelves. If you needed anything else, I would try to accommodate this.

I'm a fairly easy going person in terms of chores and tidying etc and am happy to be the main person who cleans, put the bins out etc etc, but please be considerate.

The house is close to the city centre (about 20 mins walk), meadowhall shopping centre (about 45 mins walk), the M1 (about 15 mins drive) and the Northern General hospital (about 20 mins walk) it has on street parking with no need for permits.

Due to the lifestyle I enjoy, I try to save energy, water and food as much as possible within the house so it would be fab to have a like minded person live with me in this respect, but not essential.

Don't judge the house on the area its located in, this really is a lovely home!! :)
