Looking for a friendly housemate in Woodseats
Hi, Spareroomers! I'm Charlotte, a 33 year old teacher with a room to rent in my house in Woodseats. I like to think that the place is pretty nice (blushes). The house is done out in quite a modern style with brand new furniture in the room I'm looking to rent out. It's an upside down house, and the living room and kitchen have lovely views over the city and out to the peaks. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a spare room with patio doors out to the (admittedly rather tiny!)garden. Anyone renting would be welcome to use the spare room for when they have family/friends over to stay.
