We are a 5 minute walk from Tescos on Eccy road, as well as a stones throw away from Starbucks. Collegiate campus is a 10 minute walk up the road, and City campus is a 10 minute bus ride. Right in the heart of Sheffields student life.
Bills are cheap and split four ways with other housemates. A deposit of £200 is required by the letting agent. No agency fees. Contract would be until July.
