I am looking for a student to rent my big double room in an apartment in Broomhall, 4 minutes walk from Sheffield University and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city!

The room is newly decorated and furnished by the landlord and in a quiet residential location. The room has a big double bed, a large desk, two wardrobes, a mirror and a chest of drawers - lots of space for clothes, storage under the bed, and plenty of space to work.

It is a south facing room that has a big window that lets in lots of light, and a radiator that takes up the whole wall to keep the place warm in winter!

Room available from 1st January 2015 for 6 months.

Shared use of kitchen, with fridge and freezer, and utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer). We have a cosy table in the kitchen with several chairs and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bills approx £15 per month, tend not to exceed £20! Bills are all sorted for the year on this tenancy, and there is a really good internet package with nice strong signal. The router is also in my room so the speed is great!
