We are currently studying at Sheffield Hallam however we will be going overseas to study next semester, therefore our rooms in Sheffield will be available. One double room (£80 pw) and one single (£72 pw).
Shared house, we live with lovely people who are very accommodating, respectful and sociable.
Our house comprises of an open plan kitchen and living area including washing machine, 4 good sized bedrooms across 3 floors and a full bathroom.
The room and house really does have everything you need & is a light open space that is a really nice home.
The house is perfect if you are a student at either Sheffield University or Sheffield Hallam University.
All within walking distance:
University of Sheffield: 15 min
Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus: 5 min
Sheffield Hallam City Campus: 25 min
City centre: 15 min
The best would be to rent both rooms together but it is also possible to rent one at a time. If you are interested let us know.
