Need lots of space and storage?

I've moved into a 3 bed house in Crookes and realised I never use the top floor so it's going spare. I've just decorated the room and installed a 2. 8metre wide mirrored wardrobe (huge). I've just spent 9k on a new kitchen so not looking for someone who likes living in a dump. The kitchen will be installed week of the 5th Jan.

The room does not have a bed, I'll happily buy one, but I will get a cheap one... It's you that has to spend 8 hours a day in there. Your call.

Plenty of non permit parking outside, brand new sofas with an audio cuddler with built in sub in the living room and 42 inch TV with Netflix and sky go.

I'm a teacher, competitive, sarcastic, funny (well I think so), very laid back but do respect my house. Room is available asap, but as the kitchen won't be completed till mid Jan, I'd assume most people would want the room from then.

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and gyms all within 5 mins walk and the room has an incredible view from the top of Sheffield.
