I'm having to leave my lovely room in a shared 5 bedroom student house due to taking leave from my university course, and am seeking someone to take on the remainder of my tenancy (or as much of it as possible), ASAP until the end of August - so might be ideal for an incoming exchange student or someone wishing to change accommodation for the rest of 2014/15. The room is available to students only.

The room is a big double in the attic with a large roof window offering a stunning view over Endcliffe Park. It's furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and mirrors.

There are 2 bathrooms (shower only) shared between 5 tenants, and a shared kitchen/living area with breakfast bar, leather sofas and TV. There is also a good sized back yard with garden furniture.

The house was refurbished very recently to a high standard so everything still has that nice new feel. It has loads of fridge/freezer space, a dishwasher, burglar alarm and intercom system, and we pooled resources recently to buy a tumble dryer, so the house is well-equipped.

You'd be joining a sociable but hard-working household of female students - 3 postgrad sports engineering students and one final year undergraduate. The girls are lovely, tidy and totally stress-free to live with.

The rent is a bargain for how nice the house is, at £65 per week plus bills. We have the utilities arranged through Split the Bills, which works out at £49 each per month by direct debit, although there is a rebate if usage is kept low. Broadband is already paid for for up to the end of August.
