Room to Rent in my home

SORRY NOW TAKEN THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST I have a double room to rent in my house for a quiet person who doesn't bring loads of friends home. Either a student at uni with a part time job or a person with a full time job. References will be checked. Must have a job of some sort. Age group 25-35 (I am a young 53). Included in the rent is gas, electric, water, wifi, cooking facilities washing machine etc all the usual but there is only one bathroom so i only want someone who is clean and tidy. If you are from another country but studying in Sheffield it would be a good opportunity for you to learn English if English is secondary to you. I don't have rules except being clean, tidy and respectful and we would each have our own space. My house is near to 52 bus to town or there is parking on street (wherever there is a space) Crookes is a short distance to Sheffield University (walkable even). The room has a double leather bed, 2 double wardrobes, built in cupboard, drawers, room for a desk/chair or more drawers. The rent is payable on 1st of every month.
