Cosy Bedroom - bed is queen sized with comfy mattress but can be made in to single for more room.

I have a cosy double room to let - with a new queen sized bed, desk, bookshelves and clothes rail.

Would suit an honest and tidy full-time working professional female who needs a quiet and friendly place to live. Not suitable for those who work from home.

Mon-Fri lodgers also welcome.

Hunter's Bar is a vibrant place to live. It's close to both universities and major hospitals, local eateries, Endcliffe Park, Botanical Gardens, Ecclesall Road and just a quick drive to the Peak District. Buses in to Sheffield town centre and the Peaks are just 2 minutes away. It's a very safe and friendly area, great neighbours.

You'll be sharing with myself, friendly professional female and another friendly female lodger. We are a left-leaning, mainly veggie household

The house is warm, bright and cosy with a kitchen diner, garden with outdoor fire and dining area. Just a really nice space to hang out.

Upstairs there is bathroom with shower. Constant hot water. Fully central heated and double glazed.

There is broadband access. Included in the rent are all bills (sensible/reasonable use of gas/electric). Cleaner fortnightly.

It's a very quiet, relaxing place to be with lots of happy vibes.

NOT suitable for heavy drinkers, smokers or party animals! We are open to disco though.
