The kitchen has been renovated to a high standard and is well equipped for the ambitious cooks among you. With dishwasher, Belfast sink, range cooker and a host of appliances this kitchen meets the needs of any individual.

In terms of housemates, I insist on working professionals and will turn away any individual who cannot provide a suitable reference.

All bills – electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV license and high speed fibre broadband are included in the monthly rental.

Crookes is a great place to live, with a variety of shops, and pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Transport links into town are very good, there is a main bus route, and free, unrestricting parking on the street. It’s convenient for the hospitals and universities, and if you want to get away from the city for a while, you can be in the Peak District within 10 minutes drive.
