Studio in Velocity-village £525 - 12 months contra

I booked a studio flat in Velocity village (10 minutes from universities) but due personal problems I can't take it.

I'm looking for somebody who wants to replace me.

The rent is £525 month + bills (electricity, water and internet) and council tax band b (if you are not student).

The start date is 30th January 2015, but you might move in sooner.

To get that studio you should paid £785 for the deposit to me and £120 for the applications fee to Velocity-village.

The flat is totally new (never used before). It includes a new kitchen (with oven), small fridge, shower, washing machine, double bed , a table, four chairs and a sofa.

The flat is south-east (plenty of daily light) orientated.

The day that you move in you have to pay £525 (first month rent) + £525 (last month rent) + £100 (maintenance fees).

UPDATE: Available for short term rent (3 months) if booked before 30th January 2015.
