I am currently looking for someone to take my double room in a shared house as I've moved to birmingham for work purposes.
The room is top floor, skylight windows. size doubl. Their is a lovely shared bathroom, good shower + bath.
shared living room. not huge kitchen but all u need including washer.
nice outdoor area.
the letting is with an agency however I'm trying to get it moving faster. So there would be a 120 application fee. And 300 deposit.
The house is just off hunters bar, next to the local Lescar pub. a short walk from several shops and bars. Great travel connections, parking nearby free.
The current tenants are a great mix. Love to socialise together.
Rent is payed for march so you wouldnt have to pay until april 1st. Howevr the room is available now.
