A large furnished room with ensuite bathroom occupying the entire top floor of a spacious 4 bedroom house in Wadlsey, close to Wadsley and Loxley Common. There is a shared living room, large kitchen, sun room and dining room, walled south facing rear garden, parking, and secure area suitable for storage of bikes etc.

Alternatively, I would consider renting two first floor double bedrooms to two friends - students or post graduates. This is not a typical student area, but some of you may not mind. In this instance they would share a first floor bathroom. There is an additional shower room on the ground floor. The rent would be £70 per week per room

The area is quiet although on a bus route - 18 minutes to the bus and train station, 12 minutes to Shalesmoor. The property is a half mile walk to tram stops.
I live here alone - my only lodger is in the process of moving in with her partner. She has been living here for 2 and a half years.
Anyone living here can expect a calm environment, and respect of their privacy.
