The house has 3 bedrooms, the other 2 tenants are friendly and easy to get along with! They are both male young professionals.

The location is ideal, in a very quiet road but no longer than a minute away from any shops/restaurants and pubs all along Ecclesall Road and a short walk to numerous bus stops, with buses going in all directions around Sheffield & Parking is never a problem in the area. The house also has a small rear garden which the landlord kindly takes care of for us.

Any potential flatmates can expect a friendly, quiet and clean environment to live and work in. There is 1 shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Although tenants are working we always find time to do things like cooking house meals, watching films/football and going out socializing.
