I am moving away and have to leave my house behind! As sad as I am I do now need someone to take up the tenancy of the room.
You will be living with my best buddy Tom. He's 22, works full time Monday to Friday. He's a social guy who has big focus on fitness and food. Polite, good for a laugh and a guy to watch a film with.
The house is 3 stories. The 3rd floor is an attic room which I will be leaving. It has a skylight, queen size bed.
Quality size kitchen, bathroom (shower and bath). Decent size front room with sofas etc. Basement is also an option for storage should you need want it.
Rent is £300 payable the start of each month - Bills are around the £50 pm (remember this is winter so due to start going down)
